Otherwise, the visit was uncomplicated and you never have to wait long even when the restaurant is very busy.

Everything OK. A completely normal Mc Donalds branch. Food is usually ready quickly. Except when there is a lot going on, but who can do magic ?! Keep it up, dear McDonalds employees;)

What kind of bots are you guys? Originally, the company updated the opening times 2 weeks ago to open until 1 a.m. and is everything closed at 11:50 p.m.? What is that supposed to mean?

The whole thing borders on fraud, instead of 20 ChickenNuggets there are only 16 pieces in the box, PremiumBurger are charged but not packed! Won't go there anymore

Under all sow. Orders are 95% incomplete. If you order a burger at the terminal without anything, it will be ignored and if you then address the error you will be asked to checkout again for a new and correct burger. Rude and overwhelmed staff is also normal here.

Always happy. The location between the Shell petrol station and the bypass to Usingen is not ideal, but it is "well connected". The veggie burger is ok. Negative: The outdoor seating and tables are already badly battered, an exchange would be advisable.

Unfortunately there are still rude and annoyed employees working on the issue. Hospitality is missing here. The hygienic condition has not improved either. Have tried again and will definitely not be back.
